hideIcon drops the trailing chevron, for a trigger that draws its own - here a leading chevron that turns as the panel opens.
- The trigger carries data-panel-open while the panel is open, which is what the chevron's rotation keys off
- Collapsible.Root paints the card surface itself - border, fill, radius and padding - so className only needs layout
Disabled
disabled locks the trigger so the panel can't be toggled.
This content can't be toggled while disabled.
